Done – Mobile To Do List Tutorial

Basically Done + comes in 3 different levels

1) Level 1 (Folder View)

  • Allows you to have an overview of the different folders you have created
  • The list of tasks in any one folder is specified on the right side of the folder bar
  • Your app settings can also be found here

2) Level 2 (Task List View)

  • To view your list of tasks in any one folder, simply tap on the folder you wish to view
  • Tasks with attachments are denoted with a paperclip icon on the right side of the task bar
  • To go back to Level 1, simply tap the name of the folder found at the top of the screen

3) Level 3 (Detailed Task View)

  • Allows you to view specific details and attachments that you may have included in the task
  • To go back to Level 2, simply tap the name on ‘OK’

Level 1 (Folder View)

1a) Creating a New Folder

To create a new folder, simply tap on any part of the black space you see in this view. Alternatively, you may swipe across any existing folder to allow drop down options. Tap on ‘New Folder’ to create new.

1b) Renaming your Folder

You may rename your folder by tapping on the text part of the existing folder name

1c) Deleting Folder

Swipe the existing folder that you wish to delete to allow drop down options. You will see the delete button. Once deleted, you may not be able to retrieve any existing data that you had in that folder.

1d) Rearranging Folders

Tap and hold any of the folders you wish to rearrange

Level 2 (Task List View)

2a) Creating a New Task

Similar to creating folders, tap on any part of the black space you see in this view (Level 2) to create a new task. Alternatively, you may swipe across any existing task to allow drop down options. Tap on ‘New Task’ to create new.

2b) Renaming your Task

You may quickly rename your task by tapping on the text part of the existing task name

2c) Mark Task as Done/Undone

Swipe across the task name to see a drop down where you may mark task as done/ undone

2d) Deleting Task

Swipe across the task name to see a drop down where you may delete task. Once deleted, this task is gone forever.

2e) Rearranging Task

Tap and hold any of the task you wish to rearrange

Level 3 (Detailed Task View)

3a) Editing a Task

In this view, you may edit your existing task (add more details, attachments etc) by simply tapping on the ‘Edit’ tab
